Detect Moisture, Lack of Insulation & Air Seepage
Thermal Imaging is the easiest way to see what may be behind your walls because it picks up temperature differences of even the smallest amount. For example, a dry portion of a wall will be warmer than a wet portion of a wall and my thermal camera will be able to reveal this. Areas in which thermal imaging cameras excel are detecting moisture issues, lack of insulation, air seepage around windows and doors, and possible overloaded or failing circuit breakers in your panel. Thermal or Infrared Imaging is not X-Ray so it cannot see through clothes nor does it give off any radiation. We can add Thermal Imaging to your Home Inspection or come out specifically to do a Thermal Inspection.

Reduce Cost & Inconvenience
A thorough Thermal Inspection can pin point issues in your home requiring repair which will reduce demolition costs, reduce the inconvenience of mass demolition, and identify the severity of the issue(s) allowing you to prioritize. Once properly repaired your home will be more energy efficient saving you money, more comfortable, and much safer and healthier. Contact us today for more information and a quote.
